In the middle of the wine village Tramin, the wines of Elena Walch are pressed, fermented and matured. The most modern cellar technology is used in the shadow of great wine tradition for the maturation of the wines.
The massive backdrop of the large Slovenian oak barrels and the smaller barriques of French oak always impresses our visitors and marks our cellar as one of the most beautiful in the region.
The maturation of the wines takes the entire knowledge of modern oenology into consideration; however, our philosophy of keeping the oenological interventions dominates.
