Description: Colour: Dark ruby, almost black
Nose: A delicate scent of violets, with an intense aroma of black woodland berry fruits
Flavour: Rich, supple with sweet tannins

Winemaking and maturation:   Traditional fermentation with the skins, followed by maturation in French
Allier oak barriques

Analitical data: Alcohol: 12.60% vol
Total acidity: 5.1 g/l
Residual sugar: 1.5 g/l

Serve Goes well with :
Cool, 16 – 18°C
Full-flavoured, savoury dishes such as venison, game, red meats and mature cheeses
