Grape varieties: Chardonnay

Description: Colour: Rich yellow
Nose: Delicate new oak vanilla combined with fine Chardonnay fruit
Flavour: Sturdy and concentrated with a good backbone of acidity; creamy textured
Notes: Made in an international style but unmistakably South Tyrolean

Winemaking and maturation:   Fermented and matured in new French oak barriques for 10 months together
with the fine lees which are regularly stirred up. The wine is then bottle-aged
for several months before release

Analitical data: Alcohol: 13.80% vol
Total acidity: 5.9 g/l
Residual sugar: 2 g/l

Serve Goes well with :
Lightly chilled, 12-14°C
White meats, smoked salmon and exquisite mushroom dishes
