On top of these single grape wines we have positioned some 'Grand Cuvée’s': a white cuvée called “Beyond the Clouds” and a “Passito” wine made from raisined grapes that we grow in a very particular vinyard: “Cashmere”. A red cuvèe is due to appear in the not too distant future.		he Wines Castel Ringberg and Kastelaz boast some of Alto Adige’s most highly revered sites. The former facing south-east and Kastelaz which faces due south. In the south of Alto Adige the climate is uniquely mild considering that this is Italy’s northernmost wine-growing area, a factor which we exploit by planting vines which yield fragrant white wines in higher sites, while my full-bodied reds including the award-winning Cabernet come from the warm, lower slopes.
